The complex consists of two apartment buildings and a hotel building. Elevator is available at the hotel building.

The hotel building houses the reception, where information and other services are provided such as how to get a safety box, a baby cot or how to use the in-room air conditioning and of course how to get around and what to do in Crete. Coffee bar is located at the same building, where you can enjoy several cocktails, other drinks and snacks. Buffet style breakfast is served every morning from 08:00' - 10:00'.

Two of the three buildings have an immediate exit to the pool area where you can enjoy a swim if you prefer to stay away from the beach. Children's play area is also provided next to the pool, specially catering for family needs.

The hotel building consists of twenty-three double and triple rooms with a choise of twin or double beds. The rooms are located at the ground, first and second floor.

The apartment buildings consists of eleven self catering apartments, spread in 2 buildings.
The first building (next to the pool area) consist of 8 apartments (standard apartments) on ground first and second floor.
The second building (above Pan Asia restaurant) consist of 3 apartments (superior apartments) all on the first floor.

Each apartment can accommodate from two up to four people. The 4th person can use sofa, proper or spare bed.
The apartments are located at ground, first and second floor.
